Chipotle: They are consistently allowed to NCNS with no consequences. I love them as people but as employees they lack work ethic which falls back on the rest of the team.
Tiffany & Co: Iconic, luxury experience for both internal and external clients
Chipotle: I love Chipotle and would like to work for the company for years to come outside of the restaurants, but there doesn't feel like there is a lot of support to get us there. Support staff is not in the business of taking great GMs out of the stores, they succeed by keeping us here.

Chipotle: After years of working here I've seen restaurants be "fully" staffed with less people, training standards fall, and those who have stuck it out with the company turn so frustrated with the endless demands that they quit. This company is an incredible success, but it doesn't feel that way to the crew
Chipotle: Everyone in the company deserves to get paid more when stores are making 40k MORE than projected every month, but instead it just goes to the CEO

Spirit Airlines: Honestly, the experience has been amazing. My colleagues are great, working environment is peaceful most of the time and I love the interaction I get with the customers. I just love my job.

Ascension: I do love working for Ascension. The pay is inferior to most other systems. I think that a tremendous amount of work needs to be done to hear and value the voice of those doing the work. I feel like the safety culture of the organization needs work, from the very top down to the front line.

Chipotle: Stressful, there are good days but they seem to be out numbered by the bad. Training was spotty at best, the expectations are to be perfect but when trained bad habits it makes things difficult. The company presents itself very well, but struggles to live up to its media provided image.

TP: As this is my first week, so far, admittedly it is quite challenging, as a first timer in the bpo industry, I am still adjusting. However, I like that our trainer is good to us, she really handle us with so much compassion, and she really taught us everything that she thinks we need.
