Gainwell Technologies: Honesty. No sugar coating...goals and target dates are clear
Gainwell Technologies: I love the work life balance. I love my team. It is a very positive environment. However, I often wonder about the security of my position. I know it will not last forever, and I just recently had my hours reduced. So, I feel as though it is coming.

GE Renewable Energy: I would have liked the interview to be scheduled for 1 hour instead of 30 mins as I felt I did not have sufficient time to explain all my attributes to the interviewer. The interview was very relaxed, and we had a great "down to earth", honest conversation.

Gainwell Technologies: Well, I did receive a rate increase in my pay, but I feel it was only because I had put in a 2-week notice and had a job lined up. I also believe that if the company does well, there should be incentives or bonuses that should be provided annually. There was no bonus or incentive paid in 2023.

I was entered in under a salaried worker which put my pay dates off a bit. I was then put in the system correctly and only received partial pay. My requests with HR sometimes go unanswered.

Ruby Tuesday: BAD service and poor preparation of food. The server couldn't even get out order correct. There was only 3 tables seated when I was there. They acted like we were not important and then lied to about getting a refund. This place needs to be overtaken with new employees and management.

Conduent: I do not feel valued at all. During one of the town hall meetings, they mentioned now that they are making money, they need to see how it would be best spent. Sadly, employee retention was not a factor. I bet they got their raises/bonuses though...
Florida Power and Light Company: Speed up their service. Have real people to talk to instead of hiding behind technology. Worse service company I've ever experienced
Massage Envy: My experience working at massage envy has been a bit of a roller coaster ride. There is lack of communication inconsistent management and just overall unprofessionalism
Dollar Tree: Associates need to understand that they are paid to provide a service and just because they may be called in doesn't mean they aren't obligated to provide that service efficiently. Communication is also key so if they have grievances they should report them to the proper vhannels.

Aimbridge Hospitality: This experience has been horrible here. Management (front desk manager) harasses and insults the front desk staff, calling them imbeciles and "dumb". Also, we do not have what we need for this hotel to run properly. Guests mention this as well. And I still haven't gotten my yearly review. Not happy.

Chipotle: Its horrible. Toxic work environment, horrible pay, and nothing is done about it.
SoftServe: It is a pleasure to work with a group of bright colleagues that are dedicated to Client outcomes and selfless in their daily work.
Sherwin-Williams: It's a good company with good employee benefits. But, it seems to me that Oracle is already obsolete and new software technology is required to work on a day-to-day basis. It is very slow to work with today's tools.
