Learning new stuffs (especially IT-related ones) and get-along with my friends.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to be pro-active and be attentive. They should try to be more responsible with their well-being and don't make things that can cause other teammate a frustration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nice and understanding. As a first-timer in BPO, my first job specifically, the leadership team is very welcoming. Regardless of the experience that you have or the educational attainment you have achieved, everyone is very helpful. Just to help everyone grow and flourish their skills.
