My entire compensation package is thoughtful and competitive. I also appreciate the company and my manager are thinking about my compensation and how to connect it to my work outcomes without me always needing to advocate for myself.

People treat each other as though you are coming in with a skill set and a value add. There is a belief that we are capable and just need to right tools and resources to support us in being successful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like my customers and the team I work with. Also, I enjoy doing work that I like to do with most of my time and being able to adjust the way that I work to what works best for me.
