What do you like best about the leadership team?
Down to earth, willing to share personally, pizza adventures, kids, etc. It makes it easy to relate to the team and trust that any decisions they make are going to be in our best interest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is encouraging. When you messup, or think something might not be done correctly, your team helps guide you and get you on track. There are no threats to your job, as was the case in my previous company.
