I'm able to turn up to work as my full self and I hope that other people feel the same. You are given the space to be you and are treated as a full, complex person. That respect is reflected all the way up the chain.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The friendship, the willingness to help and collaborate, the sense of we're all in this together. Even when things are going terribly, people show up and support each other. It's always such a pleasure chatting with my teammates about what's going with them and discussing shared hobbies.
