What is the best part about your compensation package?

I feel my salary and bonus plan are fair and in-line with the market. Workday has had a pretty good track record on bonus payouts.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My current team supports each other whenever needed. To me, the key thing is that we execute. Our leader doesn't babysit us, we're professionals - and treated as such.

What makes you most happy at work?

Helping those that have worked with other systems/solutions understand that "it doesn't have to be that way" -- that Workday has a more modern solution that is better aligned to their needs (today and tomorrow).

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Since I joined several years ago, Workday leadership has been consistent in making its employees a priority. The benefits we receive are well above average and I was impressed with how leadership managed things during a challenging period with the COVID pandemic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We're not a start-up, but act like we are. We all want to win and drive more value to our customers. That being said, leadership enables us to take time off when we need it. I think that makes us even more loyal to Workday.
