Such a smart and proactive team, and we are distributed which I really love. Getting to know people well with very different geographic lives.

My org has a strong sense of identity and culture, and yet we're part of a much larger org with equally warm culture and diversity.

There is a great deal of autonomy within sub organizations, so we feel agile & have our own culture and belonging, while being part of a much greater whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a clear sense of purpose, and a mix of different types of work to do, with ability to craft my own role to a strong extent to leverage my strengths and help the best ways I can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They prioritize what's important from the vast amount of potential opportunities we could work on. Overall it is so refreshing to see great diversity in age & gender across our leadership vs many other companies, people with lives outside of work, and lots of differing experience and background.
