I noticed some inconsistencies in how compensation and promotions are handled, and I'd like to understand the process better.

I did not have a compensation review in 2 years now but I always get good feedback on work ethic, teamwork and achievements

It's truly inspiring to work alongside such a dedicated and positive team. Their problem-solving abilities are exceptional, and they consistently approach challenges with a can-do spirit. I feel fortunate to be part of such a collaborative and supportive environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the leadership team's efforts in communicating clearly and engaging with the team. It makes a big difference in feeling connected and informed. It would be beneficial to see a stronger connection between the messages from the executive team and how they are apply to our own team.
