What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work with treats others with empathy and respect, and they're fun to be around. I am permanently remote but I choose to go into our local office and to Pleasanton headquarters periodically because I genuinely enjoy interacting with my co-workers in person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Executives put their money where their mouth is when they say employees are the #1 value. At the beginning of the pandemic, they gave everyone an extra paycheck to help with the new uncertainty. They also created 'Thank You Fridays,' all-company holidays to help reduce burnout.
