What are some of the best things about your team?
While we all have different backgrounds, we compliment each other and genuinely love supporting each other. You can clearly see the team members were chosen very intentionally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's time for FUN even at work! It's one of our core elements. From dog pics to book club, there is something for everyone. There's also a shared sense of belonging and the VIBE clubs are amazing!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are benefit options that support EVERYONE. Single parent? Adopting a child? Pet Owner? Need to work from another location? Raising money for a favorite charity? Going through menopause or on a weight loss journey? Trying to manage your financial goals? Theres a benefit for that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Within a few weeks of starting, our VNDLY GM met with me one on one to tell me that while we have a formal hierarchy, this is a flat organization and that any/all employees at VNDLY pitch in to support each other, including leadership. He encouraged me to reach out to him anytime. WOW!
