Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The vacation time and the hourly pay does not compare to what all the issues have to face on a daily basis.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the job and what goes on as far as the customers and the account managers. They need to know the difference in the jobs we have to complete on a daily basis.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper management is not understanding and do not know what is going on in our department we have been put in a position to teach them and they are micromanaging the team as though we do not know our positions.
