overall i've loved working at sunrun. I've been here for over 4 years. The last year has been a big challenge. It feels like the culture has changed a lot and not for the better. It feels like the company is changing to be sales focused and I personally don't want to work in sales. The ops changes

Positve.. i just wish executive, vp and directo promtions were move visible. It feelslike there are not job openings to apply to but rather peploe hiring their friends a lot of the time or the job is a secret so only the selected few can apply

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The constant changes of job titles/pay changes is becoming very stressful and overwhelming for a lot of people. It feels like all the constant changes are due to lack of planning and makes employees feel under appreciated and in continued stress
