Workday does a great job with equitable pay. I'm really proud of the focus on paying all people within an industry based pay range.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Workday culture is always behind the decisions they make. They support us and our world in so many ways. Workday gives corporations a GOOD name, and that is so refreshing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Since I am in implementation with customers, I love seeing our customers learn and excel. Seeing their growth as they implement and learn how to use Workday is very rewarding. I feel like a proud parent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is defined by purposely adhering to and supporting Workday's core values. The values are not just words to us. The focus on diversity (both promoting and appreciating) is key. We are valued for who we really are.
