We have fun and don't take things too seriously! We all care about doing a great job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Still very generous with stock but also added a cash bonus. Benefits are EXCELLENT, incredibly generous and very competitive/modern.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are consistent and clear. I value this more than leaders who do everything they can to try and appease the loudest voices in the short-term. Leadership and vision requires consistency and long-term view and we definitely have that at WD!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is unique and very much lived by every employee, even as we've grown rapidly. The environment is positive and all about how we can help each other and collaborate better. Everyone is understanding about growing pains and people come ready to solve problems..
What makes you most happy at work?
I own my own work and nobody can take credit for it. As an individual contributor, the impact of my work is truly what I want to make it. I feel in control of my work life balance and Workday's values align with my own.
