What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the diversity push but not being an example of a diverse person makes me feel excluded.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money. If I didn't live in the state that I do I could not really live on my wage. ex - My house cost $96k 5 years ago. 23/hr wouldn't cut it if I lived in California.
