Thoughtful. Really care about the staff - it's embedded within the culture as opposed to a strapline by a marketing team.

I recently took paternity leave and everyone jumped in to help look after my workload whilst I was away, without making me feel like a burden. They all genuinely wanted to see me enjoy a precious period of life without having to think or worry about work. The best team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The recruitment process is quite rigorous, which means people you're working alongside are at their A-Game. They've beaten off a lot of others to secure a role here. And you have too. So you feel like you've earned it, and you enjoy it more. I've not had to raise any internal escalations.
