I think this question is redundant for my previous answers pretty much sum my experience up. However, I am proud to be working for IBM, not just proud, I love it!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are intelligent, personable, and genuinely care for their staff/team members!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are solid, always on top of everything, never procrastinate, always sharing knowledge.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the trust of my colleagues and management to afford me to perform my daily duties/responsibilities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Albeit the monthly rates did not increase (which I am truly thankful), the deductible went up 3 fold.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Long-term employees, fantastic management (I can only speak for my organization) not to mention my management team are visible and accessible anytime, transparency, diversity, clear mission and values, no politics, and ongoing professional development.
