It used to be so much better, but lately management has gotten to far from the real work and don't know what actually is going on on the projects.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I have no faith in the project management, they don't stick to their words, they play favorites and don't listen.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some people only take information but are not willingly to share what they have found out, even when working on the same project.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Act on the various surveys and AskMeAnything sessions. Make sure everybody gets a fair chance to work on the interesting tasks, listen to the experienced team members, Evaluate PM's, they are being allowed to make the same mistakes again again, and don't listen to the experienced voice.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are almost no benefits, and compensation is below market average. The partners do not know what is actually going on in the projects and often reward the ones talking the loudest and not the ones working hard each day and putting in a big effort that is above the call of duty.
