What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much, the company culture is too busy trying to be fashionable it misses the real point.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We exchange information freely, we support each other ( Dev, Quality, Test, Cyber ), credit is given where it is performed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to stop patting each other on the back and start patting the employees with better benefits, pay, and training opportunities. IBM pays at the least 30% less than competitors for the same job.
