Actually care about employee experience. Action the numerous surveys. Listen to and act on feedback. Stop constantly shifting gears with the result that the majority of our projects go into the dustbin, wasting everyone's time.
Most projects are a waste of time that get shelved before they are completed. Leadership needs to develop and adhere to strategic priorities rather than jumping at every new fad and then losing interest after a few weeks only to jump to another new fad with the result that most projects aren't done.
