What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Recognition is ongoing through the ranks and encouraged throughout our teams. Our leadership participates in calls and provides feedback. They are available for discussion and coaching when asked.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is aware of the work put in by employees but also watches out for the interest of the company. I think that is a tough line to straddle but many of our leaders do it well!
