Top management has been creating a more positive environment in every way possible. Being an older company they had to shake misconceptions from the past and prove to their employees they are working in their personal interest as much as possible. No one can please everyone but they do try hard.

We receive current communications including live Q&A with the CEO and other Executives so a very open and transparent environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have the tools to work as a team remotely and even with parts of the team in other time zones. The project management is a matrix style so the focus is always on contributing your part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Previous team members are still my friends and we keep in touch from time to time. Most co-workers are from other states, countries and time zones so that makes it interesting to get to know people from various cultures.
