What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their inclusive nature, they truly believe we all should be educated, well trained,explore outside of our comfort zones and bring your authentic self to the engagement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My company encourages me to be the best. They make training available so continuous learning and expanding my comfort zone so I won't become too complacent but yet remain challenged.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day is different. Every client is unique. I work for the best hybrid cloud company in the world. I am working on the cutting edge of technology and being paid well for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are truly a Team. My teammates avail themselves when we are up against a deadline, they motivate and really are a great team to accomplish the things we have to for our brand.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to plan ahead for retirement via 401k, and the ability to purchase blue chip stock at 15 percent discount has been great for me and my family. Also the good healthcare benefits and choices offered.
