I get to do meaningful work which is really important to me. However there is a lack of a culture that feels like Senior Leadership fully supports the DEI agenda and providing equitable support to all their employees when it feels like the topic could be "controversial".

I believe that our leaders are committed to making IBM an organization with highly qualified diverse talent to drive the company strategy forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
IBMs commitment to diversity, while they are still learning they are continuously striving to make IBM a welcoming and inclusive place to work for ALL employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to not just talk the talk but walk the walk. Leaders like to talk about being diverse and inclusive but it feels like they pick and choose based on public opinion not necessarily what is right.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team truly cares about the greater world around us not just making a profit. This can be showcased by the very public position IBM has taken over the last year through the pandemic and with matters involving social justice. I can feel proud to call myself an IBMer.
