
At the office, I hope to meet the colleagues I feel happy and safe to work and talk with
I know my peers' compensation and there are differences that our manager can't explain, even if we have same role and same years of experience, and positive feedback too.
Do not ask employees to change their personality; do care about every employee result, not only about the team's result; please do interact with the youngest colleagues in the same way you interact with the senior ones/biologically older ones.
Some colleagues make me feel safe and calm to interact with, both if we are talking about company projects, work to do together or separately but helping each other, and also if we want/need to talk about our emotions and work situations.
