We are not selfish, we work together as a team and always look to help each other out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are 3 components of it. I like the stability of my annual base pay, variable comp on a quarterly basis (not sure why the global gross retention isn't paid out quarterly even though it is calculated quarterly) and the grants vesting.
