American Family Insurance: Role with company has not been what was described. Constant leadership and organizational changes cause frustration and limit ability to accomplish. There is a distinct in crowd and all decisions are within that circle. The frustration and lack of involvement in decisions is demotivating.
Microsoft: Base salary and annual cash bonus.
BJ's Wholesale Club: The people I work with and the product I sell

Apple: The environment is hostile and Human Relations supports all managerial decisions whether they are legal or not.
Microsoft: Work/Life fit and the benefits that make that possible (flexible hours, health care, remote working)
Amazon: Internal candidates are not compensated equally like external hires, which makes amazon lose candidates to other companies
Walgreens: It’s not that great. They push you through training very quickly, which is just a bunch of videos and assessments and throw you into whatever job you’re doing. The little help they do offer is telling you that’s the best way to do it, j

Walgreens: Started out very positive until things started going down hill with management not being unbiased in all the conflicts between team members. New management coming in telling you you dont know how to do your job and trying to basically get you out the door.

WIS International: Moving up is not difficult. Training to move up is another story. Feel if you are not liked you do not get the training or crew to succeed in a job.

Subway: Subway is a good place to start if you are looking for some extra cash or a part-time gig. I certainly would not work at Subway as a career, but I will say that for an entry level position with no education requirements the pay wasn't so bad.

Chick-fil-A: I asked my trainer if the chicken needed to be marinated. They told me yes, then asked why I was marinating it. There needs to be a dedicated trainer or training guide for the menu items. One of the managers has not even finished there training.
Insight Global: Insight Global has taught me how to be a business woman and a professional. In addition, the lessons I have learned along the way are transferable into my personal life. Overall I feel like I am a better person because of this company. It has also afforded me a great financial life.
