I do not see a large amount of diversity on the executive management team as well as the different departments! The turn over is extremely high due to an overload of workload on the staff! Leadership shift needed!

Not send out e-mails to everyone. This can be demotivating to employees doing a good job. No Cola or periodic raises for part-time employees.

Omnicare: I love the work I do, and most of us would tell you the same thing. It's not the work that we hate, it's the lack of management that we can rely on and respect.

Kohl's: They keep it very professional, but I don't feel that the expectations of the employees are reflected by the pay scale.
Olive Garden Italian Restaurants: It has been okay overall have had two very good managers, and some bad ones but I do believe that although guest satisfaction is important it isn't everything in the sense to where guest will complain about food on purpose just to receive free food or gift cards because they know they will get it.

Cracker Barrel: I haven't had a single bad experience working here. The training process at the beginning was one of the best, I felt 100% confident before I was put on my own. But even when I was on my own everyone was still willing to help me out. Even now all the employees work together as one team.

Little Caesar's: Some coworkers were great to work with, but the General Manager made it hard to maintain a healthy environment she pitted me and one employee against each other by slandering both of us to the other one and framing us

Dollar Tree: Overworked, underpaid, stressed out, terribly rude and disrespectful customers, unappreciated, poor team workmanship, upper management that provide more stress and bad moral. Not a good experience at all. My geneeral manager is good and I like most of my employee's.
Sodexo USA: HORRIBLE, something has to be do about the upper management within the company, until that happens Problems can not be fixed

OhioHealth: Ohiohealth is mgmt heavy. They've continued to ask more of their staff without improving the pt ratios or workload. They have corporate reps come to every unit everyday, interrupt our work flow no matter how busy and force us to present info that's useless to staff but improves productivity.
Cummins Inc.: They use people when they are done they get rid of them
Waffle House: Negative attitude, lack of leadership
ITW: The worst place that I have ever worked at!

Walmart: My experience has been a lot of ups and downs. I'm only 19 and this is my first job, I'm a department manager and only been with the company for 7 months. Not a lot of people have the same mentality as me and I feel underpaid but i get the work done regardless of what they expect of me.

NBCUniversal: I was promoted to lead and now take care of scheduling for the team. I learned how to knit here using the classes we offer and have been doing so ever since, attracting customers that already know how and those that would like to learn. I have been getting good sales and even won my team a contest.

Their expectations are made very clear and are reasonable, but appropriately high. I feel corporate could make employees feel more valued.
