Overworked, underpaid, stressed out, terribly rude and disrespectful customers, unappreciated, poor team workmanship, upper management that provide more stress and bad moral. Not a good experience at all. My geneeral manager is good and I like most of my employee's.

There was nothing special about the process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having time to get done the things I need too.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping with solutions rather than just saying you need to fix something.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I often do get commplented by the customers when situations look rough for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get zero recognition even tho I the only one apart from the general manager that actually keeps the store running and in good shape. Upper management send daily e-mails of hot poorly some are doing, point out specific store and even specific individuals for everybody to see.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team inside the store are average. They need a lot of direction. But if properly directed, they can do a good job if they decide they want to on that day. I don't get a whole lot of back-up from the GM so it is sometimes hard to jet them to do the things they do t want too.
