Experience has been good. Others don't really care for it, but I always enjoyed working here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just zoning out listening to music and getting work done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm not too involved with them. They're all nice and get their work done. I don't get bothered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a fast paced company. For some people it will be super fast and for others it will be pretty normal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They have a wide variety of plan options. I have blue cross, dental, vision, ETC. The price isn't that bad on either.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is good. They have their favorites which I don't like, but they're very patient with everyone. I think amazon has got a bad wrap as of late and things kind of changed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy. They didn't really push too much on your life. Just basically want to see if you're a good fit and they give your job detail questions as well and check your responses.
