It's so-so. The staffing and the supplies in the store made it dreadful. Stuff was everywhere and we have to pick up a heavy fryer. We need more tools to help us with the cleaning.

I have a fair amount of experience with fast food companies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There aren't any breaks being given.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication, and teamwork. Also, everyone helps with dishes, especially managers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing in particular. Maybe being interviewed by people who actually care about the job.

Staff numbers, and we need two people on the registers with everyone helping out at cleaning.
