Madison College: HR, Supervisor, Administration have proven time and time again that they do not care about the support staff. They take away vacation time, personal time, lousy pay and decrease our benefits. Then we are continually threaten by our supervisor. Overall they cannot admit it when they make a mistake.

The Breakers Palm Beach: The Breakers is an incredible company to work for held in high esteem in the community. Incredible opportunity is available and promotions from within are the norm. The Breakers recognizes and cultivates talent, it is a phenomenal company to grow with over time.
Zulily: I noticed the process from application to interveiw took a really long time (months). Once i spoke to a recruiter the process was great and they were so nice but getting there was quite slow.
Zulily: I thought it was a great experience! The interviewers were very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Kiernan was readily available to talk before my interview and I very much appreciated that!

Madison College: Benefits are great at MATC, but it would be nice to have an open enrollment for the life insurance that the college offers when you're hired. Changes happen in life and when you're at the same employer for a while the decisions made previously may not fit the needs of your current life/needs.

Madison College: It is a wonderful place, the mission is meaningful and the student body is inspiring. There are serious issues with appropriate and fair compensation, and room for advancement. Simply because I am considered an administrator I am classified lower than others doing similar work to me at the college.

Madison College: I've worked at 3 other smaller colleges/universities and this is by far the best for compensation, work-life balance, and work culture. Other places say they're inclusive, but here we have leaders and employees at all levels of many identities and backgrounds.

Madison College: Supported by upper level management - mid-level management at Madison College is ineffective and unskilled nor do they have authority to be decision makers. I would get rid of mid-level managers all together.
