SemaConnect: I have enjoyed working at SemaConnect, the people here are, mostly, on the same team trying to accomplish the same goals. There are some benefits that could be modified. PTO is somewhat light, and makes taking a day off a major decision.
SemaConnect: Everything has been great here. The people and the culture are great. I love the product that we offer and I feel like I'm in the right place at the right time in the market.
SemaConnect: Virtual onboarding was great and in person onboarding was ok. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely room for improvement on processes like ensuring all employees have a computer ready when they start.

Drinks: Management only communicates to those they feel comfortable with... and that means they often communicate things outside of the roles scope which kneecaps others from managing their area of the business. It creates silos everywhere and certain deparments grow to then undermine other departments.

Karat: Karat is a company which cares more about candidate experience than the experience of their interviewers. Interviewers are treated as work horses with ever increasing performance standards. The flexibility of being an interviewer is great but it is a career graveyard long term.

MAU Workforce Solutions: I have a back injury from membrane at michelin as an MAU employee and they arent giving me any info for workers comp. They arent doing things legally or morally correct.
