Elsevier: Great place to work that provides you the opportunity to learn, grow and challenge yourself. Work life balance is a problem however and not enough consideration of people in non European or US time zones which makes for many evening calls.
Point Wild: I love the team and what we do, but I do think its hard for folks to advance in their roles. There just isn't always opportunities for everyone due to the size of our company.
Motive: Everything changed after 3 months of being hired. Reporting structures, books of business, etc. Change is inevitable, but how that change is communicated and actually executed could be better at Motive. I have gotten used to change, and generally enjoy working here. I believe in our product.

Costco: I purchase a washing machine online and it was to include delivery and installation. The delivery was fine; however, the installation was totally unacceptable and the customer service department basically told me I have to live with it.

Hometap: Everything is so well organized. Every department has a specific job so there is no overlap in job descriptions. You don't end up taking on more than what you originally applied for unless you were to ask for it.
COUNTRY Financial: Intentional sabotage based around IT and poor systems structures. Making stuff up on the flt and at times seem to intentionally sabotaging field employees ability to write business.
Accredo Health: Accredo is the most difficult company to work with. If you have a prescription that needs refilling, the moment they receive the refill, you others get put on hold. Then, you have to call to activate the new refill. I am a transplant patient and every month I have to call to refill my drugs!

Comcast: 1) Create a program that rewards loyal customers. 2) end bundling programs that do not fit customer needs. Example business bundle deal that forces customer to have to get a cheaper monthly rate. TV service is an example. If u don't cancel once the profram ends, u continue to pay for that service!

VentureWell: I've been at VentureWell for five years and sern a lot of ups and downs. There were some periods of growing pains as we went from 50 to 150+ employees, but they've worked through a lot of that. My collagues are kind and respectful and we have a great work life balance.
ITW: The people. The expectations from ITW corporate leadership are unrealistic, but being surrounded by talent makes the journey easier.
