The primary focus is on the quality of work we put out for our clients rather than speed and traditional productivity metrics focused on quantity of work.

They made an effort to welcome me as a new employee. Even though we are virtual, we had various "meet and greets" to get to know each other as people rather than just colleagues. It made it easier for me to reach out and ask questions as I was training.
