What makes you most happy at work?
Making customers happy, working together with my great team, and learning new things every day. The personal growth is real.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive thing about Elsevier's culture is that we all care about being the change, and we actively invest our everyday work efforts into making the world better than we found it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team really seems to care about the work they do, and the legacy and impact on society. They also seem to want all Elsevier employees to have a high level of job satisfaction, as well as work/life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are passionate, dedicated people, who are extremely competent and inspiring, while also being down to earth and very invested in helping out both our clients, as well as their team members. I look forward to working with them every day when I wake up in the morning :)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like the company's pension contribution to be higher, and for the salary to not only meet the average standard of the market i live in, but also to reflect the complexity of the work, and the all-encompassing dedication that we put in as passionate Elsevier employees and ambassadors.
