What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is enough to provide for my family's needs and if I were given a chance to keep a good working performance, I believe we are able to receive an MBO.

Compensation should have a bonus structure attached that awards you based on company or individual performance. Without this piece, it feels like I am earning money for someone else with no return.

Learning opportunities and to be able to assist well my SVPs as I learned to find ways and to do better every day handling their schedules, travel, expenses, and everything administrative help they may require.
