Overall, I enjoy my position and what the company has to offer. I would like for their to be more discussions with teams around when implementing new processes, etc. Some process changes may work well for some teams, but may hinder others.

I used to love working for legacy WUNI. When we merged into a new company, I was very hopeful; however, the model has changed to be less work-life balance, more top heavy, and a feeling of constant change. It's hard to achieve success when the software, management, and roles keep shifting.

Overall, I really like Risepoint. But sometimes leadership pushes for things they know very little about, don't talk to the experts, and then push for ridiculous timelines that create stress and mean less positive outcomes.

Organization. The company is running like a startup with zero planning or accountability. They are making things up as they go, and the employees are the ones paying for their missteps through layoffs and unacceptable workloads. The overall organization of this company makes no sense.

I do not make enough money to live on my own in the state I currently reside in. The giveaways at the end of the year feel silly and I think the money would be better used to give employees larger salaries or holidays bonuses.

There is more to the position than what is listed on paper. Especially as you grow within the role, the more you learn and more responsibility you are given. Compensation should align with that and the rising costs of living expenses, etc.

We dont know each other. There are no chances to meet as a group. Why does leadership get offsite trainings and meetings but lower-level employees receive none of those opportunities. Cross functional teams are not helpful, not eager to jump in, and not efficient.

Many people are stressed by the increased workload and continued lack of clarity on ownership. This means interactions are more likely to be tense than collaborative. I don't fault the employees for this, everyone is doing the best they can.
