Transparency for everything. We see on the townhalls how the company has more and more money, but we ask for licenses/training/conference/customer visit the excuse is there is no money. Change your mindset to invest into the people and they will bring you more money.

Less politics, more transparency on plans and budgets, less lip service in the townhalls and actual actions to improve things. Care about people, genuinely, with appropriate actions. Not just emails, procedures, and empty townhall promises. Walk the talk.

I don't feel undervalued, but in the current landscape of job salaries and the profit margins the company is producing, I feel like a better job can be done with salaries across the board.

Don't use standard model to do reviews on people and how much we will invest in them. We need to change the approach to review individually and see the value from each person. Better salary reviews and more correctness when distributing the budget for this.

not every developer is the same, productivities are completely different. it seems the company try to treat tech team members equally, therefore senior experienced people are undervalued.

I think that the company still needs an alignment with with the salaries, because the people that came to this company after the increase of the living costs have bigger salaries than the people before. The booth camp has bigger start salary and the employees from before are not compensated fairly

Most of them really DESIRE to do a great job and help Galen achieve their goals. If there is an employee who falls short, management works with that individual to help them achieve that same drive. And if it's not met, that individual is given the opportunity to seek employment elsewhere.

There is no commitment to preventing staffing issues from arising and no clear succession planning. Hire co-op and entry level people who can rise through the company.

The work we are engaged with is around standardization and normalization of practices across the various businesses. It's not exactly exciting to follow a well trodden groove, however that's the nature of the business strategy under this investor group and board.
