Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First completely understand the recent changes/ adjustments that needed to be made within the company. I don't feel undervalued, it's compensation has not progressed with today's climate. The year is only half over, and next year there may be a change but living in the now that boost would be help.

Higher pay when you have a great yearly evaluation.

The amount of work put on our role is undervalued and under compensated. The company would not be able to operate without myself or my coworkers but our compensation does not show that. There are kids working at fast food jobs starting at higher salaries. Doesn't make you feel very valued.
