What is the best part about your compensation package?

Full benefits, but expensive and keeps rising.

WESOP as company share holding

Review from Operations Dept

Great parental leave for parents

SIP, Wesop, positive enviornment, other benifits

Review from Sales Dept

Company share program is good

Bonus structure is based on merit.

The fact that there is a 401k percentage match

The amount of paid time off we receive yearly.

You get your bonus (or variable) part for sure.

I am earning what i deserve

Great benefits! Love the support of working parents.

Flexibility to invest in company owned share program

The pay the amount of vacation, the excellent health and dental and vision and how much Schneider contributes to all of those pans also matchin 6% on 401 k and matching on stock investment in the company and a discount reate on shares of company stock

Review from Operations Dept

Fair wages to start and good benifits

The vacation days and insurance benefits

I love my company thanks

Fair pay, bonuses for KPI

Too early to tell as I haven't benefited from all the compensations and bonuses etc... yet

Company match on 401 and HSA

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

make it appropriate to effort start compensating authors, not their bosses!

The process is so late to pay the fees,

better benefits and better pay

They always have a reason to not compensait

They dont follow the guidelines from Unions

I feel valued. The problem is the pay policy needs to be revised for seasoned FSR 10-15 yrs. New FSR should not be getting approx the same pay as as Seaason FSR with 10-15 yrs

I feel it's very lower compared to the avg. current market for my role.

The amount of work is not compensated by the salary

nothing, I don't even want to think about something good about that company

While the company advocates for and touts fair pay - they still have a long way to go as we're all still fighting to close the gender pay gap.

I am expectedly going to push for a big change. I will never be compensated like I should be though since its an employment model

Offer me a better pay.

Review from Marketing Dept

Respect, trust, workload, value, long term

I feel undervalued as a contract staff because we are paid 10 times lesser than our colleague who are full staff. We are not entitles to alot of benefit the full staff has.

The company treats it hourly employees like second class citizens.

Employees didn't get some B benefits from last 3 years

Review from Operations Dept

Same positions in other companies are paid better, no access to Stock

Review from Sales Dept

Who all Working In SE , Even they All Like Employee But no Benefits for Contract Operators , No Medical Insurance , No Good Package salary.

Better control and valuation of my skillset

Underpaid among regional comparison pay scheme
