Salary is good, but all other perks take away a lot stress in addition to adding to compensation. Lunch/snacks at work, education/gym stipends, flexible hours all make the week a lot easier.

There are high expectations to meet but I don't feel micromanaged. They trust me to do my job but i know if I don't there'll be a conversation. Everyone here is working their hardest.
