Since we have gone public, the ESPP/RSU grants are excellent incentives. Unlimited sick days and vacation days are also fantastic. It doesn't help my waistline but having a daily stipend for food is also a huge perk!

Once I got through to the in-person stage it was mostly a culture fit process. There were no 'silly' questions as can be the case at other companies
