What does the leadership team need to get better at?
taking accountability. having integrity. not talking in circles. giving ALL employees livable wages. Managers don't do anything and don't know how the people below them do their jobs yet get paid 4x as much.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay and discretionary time off

How comprehensive our benefits package is terrific. I recently moved and so I am loving our access to Teladoc appointments while I find and establish new doctor relationships. Being able to be seen so quickly is a relief and timesaver and is making my transition less stressful.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
getting paid a livable wage would be great. a christmas bonus, or any bonus would also be nice. as well as having a 401k match and access to stock shares like other employees.

My team is a truly high-performing team and we are very kind. We support each other and when something goes wrong, we work together to fix it. There is no finger-pointing and if anything, we are falling over ourselves to take accountability for our part. It is refreshing & enables me to do my best.

What makes me most happy is doing good for people and making their lives better through the work that SmithRx does. I have worked for famous computer, entertainment, and gaming companies that people were impressed by, but they could not improve the lives of real people the way SmithRx can and does.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
pay us living wages. we make less than people did in the "great depression" and yet we have to literally FIGHT to get the promotions and raises we deserve. not to mention we don't get cost of living raises either.
