What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to have reachable quarterly bonuses.

My quarterly bonus package incentivizes me to perform at a higher level in order to better contribute to my team and also be rewarded in the form of additional compensation.

We have additional quarterly bonus structures that incentivize us to carry out our team's current goals. These encourage me to perform at a higher level, further compensating me, but also teaching me more about the product in the process. It's win-win.

Everything is very team motivated. People jump in from all job titles to conquer a request or a question to get the best solution. The whole goal is very transparent which is refreshing, and there is a good balance on effort and reward for that effort.
