What did you like most about the interview process?Very to the point and quick
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The lighting in the building, the air/heat in the building, game room, and the staples store
What do you like best about the leadership team?My manager is a good person and keeps a level head, he is the only reason that, after having a stapler literally thrown at me by a customer, I continued to show up every day and try my best, it wasn't for Staples or some corporate mission, it was for him.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Lack of effective leadership. The employees tend to be knowledgeable and hard working in their areas, but the lack of effective leadership often results in work halted or left incomplete.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Organization, communication, and strategic planning
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I've been with the company for over 25 years and I still don't make the max for my position
