What are some of the best things about your team?

Hard working team and easy to get along with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is nothing positive right now. Sunrun used to be a great place to work however corperate growth over the past few years has made work culture extremly toxic and employees are very unhappy

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Each year our compenastion has been reduced via budget cuts to bonus structure. I am payed less year over year due to budget cuts and asked to take on more responsibility for less compensation.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Work culture is non existant. Recently the company has been hyper focused on profit ans has made that a proirity over employee happiness, safety, and mental health. This is a major lack of work life balance and it feels that we as the employees are extremly under valued.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Major lack of communication with the customers. Sales teams are over promissing and setting unrealistic expectations for the customer. I hear every day from customers how terrible our customer service is and how they get left in the dark for months or even years on issues with their solar systems
