That they offer one to everyone that is full time

I go through so much physical an mental pain with little to no aperciation

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a true team! The BOH/Service Champs have experience and are willing to teach. I do wish it was slightly more diverse on demographic and age.

We have no meetings and VERY little communication

I believe the company needs to work more hands on with atore managers in order to strive and perfect the Taco Bell standard

What makes you most happy at work?
The team and the customers. I genuinely enjoy customer service and seeing food I made make someone smile. The atmosphere is great as long as our GM is NOT there.
