What is the best part about your compensation package?
I receive a fair base salary that is benchmarked against industry standards, as well as a bonus that incents me to achieve my individual stretch goals every 6 months.

Be more competitive. I noticed that people leave to get better pay and opportunity somewhere else. People stay not because of pay, benefits, and management because of the people they work with.
